Snabbdoktor Eskilstuna Primary Care Center opened its first clinic on November 21, 2022.

We are located in newly built and modern premises in K43, Eskilstuna.

Snabbdoktor Primary Care Center is a privately owned clinic with a strong focus on quality and accessibility.

Today, we have nearly 6,000 registered patients, and the business continues to grow at a steady pace.

We offer very flexible working conditions, including a six-hour workday, good opportunities for self-scheduling, and short decision-making paths from ideas to implementation.

Job Description

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist with at least three years of experience and wish to combine your clinical role with the assignment of Rehabilitation Coordinator – an important function for both the business and our patients.

Experience working as a rehabilitation coordinator is advantageous. If you also have a background or experience in chiropractic, this is a plus.

As we provide primary care, the patient base is diverse, and you will make initial assessments for issues such as joint and muscle-related complaints.

Here, you work with a broad spectrum of patient groups. Common areas of work include post-operative orthopedic conditions, osteoarthritis, musculoskeletal pain conditions, stress-related ill health, as well as neurological complaints.

Responsibilities

The rehab operations are established but under continued development, giving you the opportunity to further develop working methods and structures based on the needs of both the business and the patients.

You will also have the opportunity to influence the continued development and planning of the rehabilitation coordinator function.

Your main tasks are independent patient work with a variety of individual assessments, treatments, and group activities, e.g., osteoarthritis school.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience working in primary care
• Ability to work evidence-based
• Experience of teamwork in multidisciplinary teams
• Experience working with both acute and chronic conditions
• Good knowledge of different treatment methods within physiotherapy
• Good knowledge of the medical record system Cosmic

Advantageous

• Good knowledge of languages other than Swedish and English, especially Arabic and/or Syriac
• Experience in business development, improvement work, or equivalent
• Specialized competence in areas such as chiropractic and/or experience working as a rehabilitation coordinator

Other

You will work full-time, Monday – Friday, and have the opportunity to influence your working hours between 08:00 – 17:00. There are good opportunities to plan based on your own daily life.

Your working hours will be 6 hours after a probation period of 6 months.
