At Sodexo, we employ assistive technology consultants, technicians, warehouse staff, drivers, and support employees, distributed across two sites in Järfälla and Spånga.

We are expanding and now seeking employees for our Support Center team, located at our logistics center in Järfälla. You will become an important part of a team of 15 people who work together to provide customer service to both private individuals and contract customers, handle customer and purchase orders, and manage economic administration. The work is varied and offers good development opportunities, and we strive to work flexibly across different areas.

As we are looking for several employees, we believe you have a background in one or more of the following areas: customer support and service, order management, operational purchasing, or economic administration. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Register, handle, plan, distribute, and send orders in our business system Visma Business.
  • Daily contact with customers and suppliers, providing support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Reviewing order proposals for stock replenishment.
  • Delivery follow-up.
  • Completing customer orders for invoicing.
  • Maintaining registers.
  • Handling economic administrative tasks, e.g., invoice coding.

Qualifications:

  • Good verbal and written expression in both Swedish and English.
  • Knowledge of the Office package, with a focus on Excel and Word.
  • Advantageous: Experience with phone/call center support.
  • Advantageous: Experience with operational purchasing and requisitions.
  • Advantageous: Experience with economic administration and invoice management.
  • Advantageous: Experience with the business system Visma Business or similar.
  • Advantageous: Experience in logistics operations or work within the healthcare sector.

About the employment:

We apply a probationary period of 6 months, which converts to a permanent position upon extension.

Working hours: Daytime 08:00–16:40.

Planned start date as agreed. We evaluate applications and interview candidates on an ongoing basis.
