We are currently looking for several new dedicated assistants for a client in Västerås. The positions are available starting from October 1, 2026. Working hours are scheduled around the clock, seven days a week, with on-call duties. 24-hour shifts may also be considered.

The client is a 28-year-old wheelchair user with a strong interest in computers and technology. He also enjoys baking, cooking, and occasionally going to the cinema.

It is important that you are clear in your communication; therefore, good Swedish language skills are a requirement.

You will be part of a work group consisting of dedicated and positive assistants who work together towards common goals for the client's continued development. You will work according to clearly established routines and implementation plans for all aspects of daily life.

The ideal candidate is mature in how they handle various situations, whether demanding or less demanding.

Patience, humor, understanding, and the ability to take initiative are very important to the client.

As a personal assistant, you must be self-assured, empathetic, flexible, proactive, and have a genuine interest in your work.

The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity.

Experience in the role of a personal assistant is advantageous, but personal suitability is given the greatest weight.
