About the position

We are looking for a personal assistant for a man in his 60s who lives alone in Linköping. We are looking for you who want to work nights with on-call sleeping shifts, as well as some active interventions during the night. You will also work active hours in connection with your night shift, either the evening before or the morning after.

As a personal assistant, you work closely with the customer and provide support in daily life based on the customer's individual needs and wishes. The tasks include, among other things:

• Help with personal care.
• Support in the home and with daily routines.
• Accompaniment to activities, healthcare visits, or leisure interests.
• Social support and presence in everyday life.

The work is varied, but the most important thing is always that you contribute to the customer being able to live their life in their own way.

We are looking for you who

• Are responsible, warm, and respectful.
• Have a good ability to listen and adapt to another person's needs.
• Are confident in yourself and can create trust.
• Speak and understand Swedish.
• Preferably have experience in healthcare, care, or personal assistance, but personal suitability is the most important factor.
