Your future challenge

As a Team Leader within Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Measurement, you lead daily operations and drive work forward with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Here, you will have the opportunity to develop both working methods and people.

You have personnel responsibility for approximately 20 employees working with quality assurance of our hulls. The team consists of inspectors within NDT and measurement, as well as a coordinator who supports you in daily work. You are responsible for the workshop section, including staffing, planning, working environment, quality, and daily operations. Through visible leadership, you create engagement, clarity, and good conditions for the team to deliver with high quality and safety.

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for:

• Inspiring, leading, and developing your team towards common goals.
• Planning, distributing, and following up on daily work to ensure efficient and reliable deliveries.
• Driving systematic work environment and environmental work where safety and sustainability are always in focus.
• Ensuring that assignments are carried out with the right quality, on time, and at the right cost.
• Setting clear and measurable goals in line with the company's overall strategy and turning them into concrete improvements.

You will become part of the Control and Sheet Metal Preparation management group, where you actively contribute to strategic decisions and the continued development of the business. You report to the Head of Control and Sheet Metal Preparation.

The position is a permanent employment with the location in Örnsköldsvik – a role for you who wants to combine operational leadership with long-term development.

• Experience from industrial operations in a team-leading role.
• A strong desire to continue developing as a leader and contribute to the business's improvement work.
• An academic education or equivalent practical experience.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, as we are part of a global concern.

It is an advantage if you have experience of our products and have worked in the business system SAP.
