About the role Fridh & Hell is now looking for a Project Manager who wants to be involved in holding projects together from the early stages to the completed building.

As a Project Manager, you have a central role throughout the entire design process. You are responsible for coordinating the design between different disciplines and creating the prerequisites for the project to be driven forward according to set goals. The role involves close collaboration with design, cost estimation, purchasing, and production, where you contribute to creating feasible solutions throughout the entire construction process.

The role can be based in either Karlstad or Bengtsfors.

Responsibilities In the role of Project Manager, you will among other things:

• Coordinate the design between the project's different disciplines.
• Establish and follow up on design schedules.
• Ensure that documents are delivered on time, with the right quality, and according to the project's requirements.
• Handle multiple projects and parallel tasks simultaneously.
• Contribute to cost estimation as well as system and method selection based on the project's conditions and budget.
• Collaborate closely with project management, cost estimation, purchasing, production, consultants, and the client.

About you We are looking for you who are a structured and clear leader with a good ability to create collaboration between different functions. You thrive on taking responsibility, creating structure, and driving the work forward even when several projects are ongoing simultaneously.

You have a solution-oriented approach to work and work methodically to ensure that the design maintains the right quality and contributes to an efficient implementation of the projects.

• Previous experience in the role of Project Manager.
• Good ability to coordinate design and establish design schedules for several disciplines.
• Experience in handling multiple projects and parallel tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge within cost estimation as well as system and method selection based on the project's budget.
• Ability to ensure that documents are delivered on time, with the right quality, and according to the project's requirements.
