RESPONSIBILITIES

Yes, you read that right, we are now looking for another star to join our Customer Service team! In this advertisement, we are looking for you who are interested in a permanent position in our successful Customer Service team.

Do you want to work with municipal service in one of Sweden's leading Customer Services? Do you burn with the desire to make a difference for people? Do you want to help develop the quality of the customer meeting at Customer Service? Then we might be looking for you!

Your tasks will be to provide information and guidance to our residents, business owners, and visitors.

Your main area of work will revolve around societal issues, such as building permits, environment, water/sewage, streets, parks, etc.

The work is primarily performed via telephone but also through our other channels such as chat, email, and personal visits. Customer Service handles cases regarding all of the municipality's areas of operation.

Scheduled working hours apply during Customer Service opening hours, which are Monday–Friday 08:00–16:00. Location: City Hall, Ängelholm Municipality.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Requirement of documented experience within customer service or municipal operations.
• University education or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work both in a group and independently.
• Flexible and has a service-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Has good conversation and telephone skills and can express yourself in both speech and writing.
• Ability to see the big picture and support colleagues in Customer Service in streamlining and changing work methods related to digitalization.
• Experience in documenting and processing cases.
• Change-adaptive and development-oriented.

Great importance is placed on personal qualities.

Duration: Permanent, start date: Start date is by agreement. Probationary period may be applicable for this position.
