Job Description

The duties involve facilitating daily life for residents, providing good care, and ensuring a meaningful everyday life. The role includes being a designated contact person for care recipients, which entails creating and following up on implementation plans together with residents, collaborating with relatives, and working with licensed staff. Good treatment and respect are a given. By working with person-centered care, we focus on the strengths of each resident.

The duties include documentation and performing rehabilitative measures based on instructions from physiotherapists and occupational therapists. Medical tasks are part of the work based on delegation from licensed nurses.

Vidala is located in Södra Vi, where public transport is limited, so you may need access to your own car for commuting to and from work.

Qualifications

• Education in the Care and Nursing program or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Experience in similar work is an advantage.
• Category B driver's license is an advantage.

As a person, you are responsible and flexible, have a service-oriented approach, and a positive attitude. It is important that you can work independently and have good collaboration skills. Empathy is also crucial. The position requires documentation, so you need computer proficiency and good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
