E4El is an electrical installation company operating throughout Sweden. We help our customers with contracting, construction, and power supply, taking responsibility all the way from design to finished installation.

Focus in Your Role

You have overall responsibility for your projects – from calculation and design to delivery and closure.

This means, among other things, that you:

• lead projects with a focus on quality, economics, working environment, and customer satisfaction
• plan resources and ensure the right staffing
• support and coach lead installers and electricians
• develop business through close dialogue with customers and partners
• participate in tenders, calculation work, and project planning
• contribute to developing both the business and our working methods.

You will have great freedom to influence how you run your projects – but also a clear mandate to make decisions and take responsibility for the results.

If We Could Wish

We believe you have experience from electrical contracting, industrial projects, or a related business. Perhaps you already work as a project manager. Or maybe you are currently a lead installer or foreman and feel it is time for the next step.

To succeed in the role, we believe you:

• have a business mindset and good understanding of project economics
• are structured and get things to go from plan to reality
• enjoy building relationships with both customers and colleagues
• are confident in taking responsibility and making decisions
