The feed mill in Västerås belongs to the Production Organization of the Agribusiness Division. Here we produce approx. 210,000 tons of feed annually for cows, poultry, pigs, and horses. We are now looking for a Process Operator who wants to become part of our operations.

What you will do

As a Process Operator, you work in a varied role where you participate in daily production and raw material handling. You monitor and supervise processes to ensure that production runs smoothly and maintains the correct quality. You actively contribute to improvement work regarding safety, quality, and efficiency, and participate in both internal and external audits.

The role also includes risk assessments, hygiene work, as well as handling deviations, complaints, and HACCP work. You work closely with your colleagues in the shift team and contribute to a safe and stable production. Forklift and overhead crane operation occur daily.

What you need to succeed and thrive

You have:

• Completed upper secondary education or work experience with similar tasks.
• Experience from working in a production environment with controlled processes.
• Good IT skills and experience working in production-related IT systems.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions and routines.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Valid forklift license and experience with counterbalance forklifts.
• Loader license and experience driving is an advantage.

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period. We currently have 2-shift, 3-shift, and 5-shift rotations at the factory. Weekend work occurs.

The location is Västerås and you report directly to the Operations Manager for Feed in Västerås.
