You will become part of our Core Technologies Analytics team, which is responsible for the foundation of Axis's long-term technology development in image and video analytics. The team consists of employees with diverse backgrounds and experiences who work closely together in an open and collaborative environment.
Together, we develop and deliver new technology and functionality for Axis's future products, applications, and solutions.

What will you work on as a Project Manager?
As a Project Manager, you will join a technically strong team that values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and individual development. We work with the latest technology in video analytics, algorithm development, and software development.

You will play a key role in the Core Technologies Analytics team, responsible for planning and driving the development of innovative algorithms at the forefront of research, as well as ensuring the delivery of high-quality, production-ready algorithms for video analytics.

Who are we looking for?
You have a genuine interest in people and thrive on creating collaboration and promoting knowledge and information sharing. As a Project Manager, you motivate and engage your team and are comfortable with agile working methods. You are a clear communicator, work in a structured manner, and are driven by supporting, challenging, and developing both people and processes.

We would appreciate if you have experience with:

• Planning, organizing, and driving projects to ensure delivery according to schedule, budget, and agreed scope.
• Working with resource planning, documentation, and follow-up.
• Actively promoting knowledge transfer between projects and teams to create continuous improvements.
• Collaborating with teams developing video analytics algorithms and software within both AI and classical computer vision.

You likely hold a Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Technical Physics, or a related field, along with relevant professional experience.
