Information about the position

Our client is an established, family-owned technology company with long experience in delivering smart solutions within fiber optics, networking, IT security, and alarm technology. The company works closely with its customers and combines technical competence with job satisfaction. Here, community, quality, and development are always in focus.

As a Fiber Technician, you will have a varied role where you, together with your colleagues, work with the installation, service, and troubleshooting of fiber and network solutions. You will receive a thorough introduction and close support in your work, giving you good opportunities to develop in the role. You will be based in Luleå or Piteå and work on assignments throughout Norrbotten and parts of Västerbotten. The work involves travel and overnight stays away from home. The extent of travel varies.

Responsibilities

• Installation of fiber and network solutions.
• Troubleshooting and simpler problem-solving on-site at the customer's location.
• Customer contact with both businesses and private individuals.
• Documentation of completed work.
• Collaboration with colleagues to ensure high quality in projects.

We are looking for you who

• Have a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Fluently speak and write Swedish.
• Have good social skills and enjoy customer contact.
