We are looking for a Support Technician covering the Norrland region

Do you want to work with the cleaning technology of the future? We are now looking for an engaged and technically interested support technician who wants to deliver first-class service to our customers in Norrland. This is a remote position, meaning you work from home unless you are visiting customers.

About the role

As a support technician, you will be an important part of our team and have daily contact with our customers.

The work is varied and includes, among other things:

• Installation and commissioning of autonomous cleaning robots.
• Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Technical support via phone, email, and on-site at customer locations.
• Training and guidance for customers on usage and maintenance.
• Demonstration of our products for new and existing customers.
• Participation in sales efforts by identifying customer needs and presenting our solutions.
• Planning and conducting service visits within your area.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a personal car.
• Has a strong technical interest and enjoys problem-solving.
• Has experience in technical support, maintenance, or similar work.
• Is self-motivated, responsible, and thrives in customer-facing roles.
• Is computer literate and quick to adapt to new technology.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Has a professional and service-oriented attitude.
