In Gothenburg, we work at the absolute forefront of technology, and we are now looking for a Warehouse and Kitting Associate to join our production team. Here, you will become a vital part of the material flow, working in a small team where collaboration, quality, and attention to detail are paramount. The work takes place in a cleanroom environment, where you ensure that the right materials are in the right place at the right time – a crucial part of manufacturing products for the space industry.

Your Responsibilities As a Warehouse and Kitting Associate, you are responsible for ensuring an efficient material flow between the warehouse and production. The role is varied and combines warehouse work with material handling and logistics in a high-tech production environment.

Examples of tasks include:

• Picking and kitting materials for production according to work orders
• Packing finished products for delivery
• Handling material withdrawals and warehouse replenishment
• Performing ongoing warehouse maintenance and contributing to order and structure in the warehouse
• Working according to routines and quality requirements in a cleanroom environment
• Contributing to efficient material flow and close collaboration with production

Your Profile We are looking for someone who thrives in structured and practical work where attention to detail and quality are crucial. You enjoy taking responsibility for your tasks, work independently, and collaborate easily with others.

We would appreciate it if you have:

• Experience in warehousing, material handling, or production
• Good habit of working in a structured and meticulous manner
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills

Previous experience working in a cleanroom or with production material supply is meritorious but not a requirement.

As a person, you are responsible, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented. You enjoy working in a small team where everyone helps each other and contributes to a well-functioning operation. You follow instructions and processes easily, while also taking initiative when needed. For you, it is natural to work methodically and contribute to a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the currently valid security clearance regulations. For positions where Beyond Gravity has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
