Entreprenadbutiken is a well-stocked forestry and garden store in Gothenburg, delivering machinery, accessories, and services to both businesses and private individuals. We are passionate about quality, knowledge, and personal service.

About the Role: In this position, you will pick orders according to pick lists using a scanner, receive goods, and process deliveries in our system. The work is fast-paced and involves some heavy lifting, requiring good physical fitness. In addition to warehouse duties, you will handle some customer service inquiries via email, so strong communication skills and a comfort with customer contact are essential. Overtime may occur during high-demand periods, such as the summer season.

As a warehouse worker with us, you will play a key role in the daily operations of the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Receiving goods and unpacking
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Stock management and inventory
• Operating forklifts (as needed and if qualified)

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in similar tasks within warehousing, order picking, or goods receiving
• Has a forklift license and a valid B-class driver's license
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and has good knowledge of English
• Is experienced in handling customer inquiries via email
• Is flexible and able to work longer hours when necessary
• Is detail-oriented, responsible, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

We offer:

• A full-time position with working hours Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00
• A 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension
• Immediate start
