The kitchen in Källby never stands still, and with the company's success comes the need for more skilled employees. We are now looking for a structured and engaged warehouse administrator for our Maintenance Warehouse, who wants to help develop our warehouse flows.

About the role

As a warehouse administrator, you will have a varied and practical role where you are responsible for maintaining our items in the system as well as physically on-site. You will become an important part of a team working within four different areas: Requisition/Purchasing, Goods Receipt, Picking, and Support. To create variety, we rotate between these work areas every week – with the exception of Requisition/Purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Adjusting inventory levels in consultation with maintenance staff
• Receiving goods, inspection, and storage
• Packing and shipping goods
• Inventory of stock balances and quality of warehouse items
• Setup of new material and item maintenance for existing stock
• Picking of materials
• Calibration of thermometers
• Driving forklifts

Other tasks that may occur include:

• Approval of incoming invoices related to our orders
• Receiving and administration of orders and requisitions
• Delivery monitoring

Qualifications & Characteristics

We are looking for you who have experience in warehouse administration or warehouse work and who are driven by delivering good results. You are a team player with a strong service orientation, good communication skills, and a drive to contribute. The role requires you to be meticulous, structured, and able to see both details and the big picture. You are stress-resistant, unpretentious, and have an understanding of the entire warehouse process. For the role, we also see that you have:

• Equivalent education or experience
• Ability to communicate in a direct, clear, and simple manner, as well as fluent English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of SAP is meritorious
• Forklift license
