About the role

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for planning, leading, and distributing daily work on our department. You will serve as a central link between management and the operational team on the floor. Your focus is to ensure high efficiency, quality, and a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute the daily work for the floor team.

• Plan and optimize production flows, order picking, and goods handling.

• Actively participate in operational work when needed to support the team.

• Ensure and monitor compliance with current safety regulations and quality goals.

• Introduce and train new employees and facilitate daily check-ins.

• Report deviations and collaborate on continuous improvements with the Production Manager.

About you

We place great emphasis on personal qualities. To succeed in this role, you are a communicative and visible leader who leads by example through your own engagement. You are solution-oriented, stress-resistant, and have a good ability to structure work even during intense periods.

Requirements

• Experience working in warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing industries.

• Experience in team leadership, team leading, or a similar role.

• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Merits

• Experience with business systems or warehouse management systems (WMS).

• Education in practical leadership or Lean Production.
