We are currently looking for personal assistants for a lovely young man, nearly 20 years old, who lives in Kalmar. Due to increased care needs, there is now an opportunity to become an important part of his daily life.

The position involves day, evening, and potentially awake night shifts. Based on the client's preference, we welcome female applicants.

You will work in a dedicated team of eight assistants, where you will together create safety, structure, and quality of life for our client. The work is performed with double staffing around the clock, providing excellent conditions for collaboration and support.

Experience with medication management, tube feeding, and lifting aids is considered an advantage, but it is not a requirement. The most important qualities are your attitude and willingness to learn. Therefore, we offer individualized introduction and training based on the client's needs.

About the position:

• Scope: approx. 90%
• Working hours: depending on schedule, day/evening or night shifts
• Workplace: Kalmar
• Start: according to agreement
