We are now looking for you who want to work with a lovely young woman. She lives at home with her mother, younger brother, and the family dog. To fit this role, you need to be self-reliant, able to activate the client at an appropriate level, and take initiative. Start: Immediately or as agreed. Working Hours Shifts are scheduled approximately 13:40-08:00 or 13:40-23:00 on weekdays, and every third weekend includes a 24-hour shift. The workload will be approximately 75-80%. Who Are We Looking For? You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, to be able to document and read instructions. Gender does not matter; what is important is the personal chemistry and your ability to take initiative! A driver's license and your own car are not strict requirements for the role itself, but we believe you may need your own car to commute to work early in the morning and late in the evening.
