Do you want to help secure the operation of our production facilities? Do you have an eye for logistics and a background in mechanics or engineering? Then you might be the person we are looking for!

At Halmstads Energi och Miljö AB (HEM), you are the face of our warehouse operations. You provide service to both internal and external staff and ensure that our production facilities always have the spare parts needed to function optimally. You will become an important part of our technical supply chain and contribute directly to high operational safety and quality in our deliveries.

In this role, you combine practical warehouse work with technical understanding and close collaboration with your colleagues. You are part of a tight, operational team of three people, consisting of a spare parts coordinator and another warehouse employee. Together, you complement each other, where your technical skills become a key to success.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Operational warehouse work with customer contact in our supply hatch and via phone.
• Handle inbound and outbound deliveries (including unloading and loading with a forklift).
• Order, receive, organize, and store consumables and spare parts.
• Inventories, warehouse optimization, and record maintenance in our maintenance system.
• Book transport of materials and spare parts.
• Invoice processing related to the warehouse.
• Actively participate in improvement work to streamline warehouse structure, logistics, and flows.

The position is a permanent full-time role located at Kristinehedverket in Halmstad.

Your Profile

To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience in warehouse management. We believe you have worked in a similar role within production facilities or heavy industry. You could also be an experienced mechanic or technician, which gives you a good understanding of spare parts and technical equipment.

You have an interest in digital systems and enjoy developing and improving work methods and system structures. You are accustomed to using digital tools in your daily work and have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and confident in your technical competence. You are flexible and can quickly adapt when the production day requires it. Since you have extensive contact with technicians, engineers, and suppliers, you find it easy to collaborate, communicate, and maintain a high level of service. You also have a good economic understanding in your daily work.

Requirements:

• Category B driver's license (manual transmission).
• Forklift license (minimum B1).
• Good computer skills (MS Office).
• Technical or mechanical experience/education.

Merits:

• Previous experience with warehouse and/or maintenance systems, such as MaintMaster.
• Experience with chemical handling.
• Safe lifting techniques.
• Knowledge of regulations within LOU, LUF, and/or purchasing work.
• Experience with system administration in technical systems.
