The Halland Traffic Area consists of approximately 500 employees, and we operate around 150 buses daily. Together with our client, Hallandstrafiken, we are responsible for operating and developing bus traffic in Halland.

Personal qualities and qualifications

As a bus driver at Nobina, you are social, flexible, and enjoy meeting people. You handle stressful situations calmly and safely, and you always drive safely and with environmental awareness. In this role, you take responsibility for both passengers and the bus, in line with the Nobina driver standard and our passenger promise. This means that you:

• Welcome passengers and provide the information they need for a safe and positive journey
• Drive safely, comfortably, and eco-friendly while adhering to all traffic regulations
• Care for the bus and report any damage or risks you notice
• Contribute to a good work environment and collaborate with colleagues
• Stay updated and participate in necessary training

We are looking for you who:

• Hold a Swedish Category D driving license and a valid Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC/YKB)
• Have good knowledge of Swedish
• Can work varying hours

Salary according to collective agreement. If you have previously worked as a bus driver, years of service (within the EU) can be credited for placement in the salary scale.
