Job Responsibilities

Are you a structured and solution-oriented person with experience in warehousing and logistics? Do you want a key role where you are responsible for daily logistics and contribute to an efficient warehouse flow? Then this might be the job for you. As the Warehouse and Logistics Manager at Robur Safe, you have a central role in the operations and are responsible for ensuring that logistics flows run smoothly and efficiently. You work both administratively and operationally and become a key contact person for the warehouse operations. Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Booking transport within Sweden and internationally.
• Handling customs-related issues and ensuring that current customs regulations are followed.
• Being responsible for contact with transport companies and providing support in our TA system.
• Being responsible and the contact person for warehouse operations.
• Participating in daily warehouse work, which includes packing, loading, and unloading goods.

Currently, two people work in the warehouse department who together handle transport bookings for outgoing goods. The work includes bookings in the TA system, pickup, packing, and loading of goods. We have daily inbound and outbound deliveries, which means a varied and high tempo.

Background and Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone with experience in transport bookings and warehouse work, as well as a good understanding of transport and logistics flows. You are used to taking responsibility, working independently, and being a team player. Furthermore, we see that you have experience with customs handling, good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as forklift licenses A and B. As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and service-oriented. You enjoy taking responsibility, have good cooperation skills, and are solution-oriented. You thrive in a daily routine where the tempo varies, you can plan your work in a structured way, and you have a natural drive to create order and good logistics flows.
