We are now looking for a Team Leader Operations for Pettersson Miljö.

Do you want a key role in daily operations and to contribute to an efficient and well-functioning business? We are currently seeking a Team Leader Operations who will be responsible for planning, coordination, and workforce management within our operations.

As Team Leader Operations, you are responsible for the daily planning and distribution of work within transport, material handling, and other operational activities. You ensure that assignments are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with customer contracts, internal guidelines, and applicable regulations. The role is central to the business and involves close collaboration with drivers, operational resources, colleagues, and external partners.

Your main responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily operational activities
• Distribute assignments and resources and ensure adequate staffing
• Monitor working hours and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Ensure quality, delivery reliability, and customer satisfaction
• Handle inbound and outbound deliveries and related administration
• Contribute to the development and improvement of methods and routines

We are looking for someone with experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination who works in a structured, solution-oriented manner and has strong prioritization skills. If you are interested in development and curious about AI and its benefits, we view this positively. You collaborate well with others and communicate clearly in your work. Furthermore, you thrive in an operational role where the pace is sometimes high and where you have the opportunity to drive daily work forward. You have:

• Relevant education in transport, logistics, or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good proficiency in Swedish and basic English

Meritorious qualifications include experience in leadership roles, the transport or logistics industry, and experience working with digital planning systems.
