Your Responsibilities
Do you want to work in a dynamic warehouse environment with a fast pace and strong team spirit? We are now looking for an engaged employee to join our team in Oskarström!
The responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, packing and picking in high-bay storage, and reporting inbound deliveries in our MPS system, Monitor. The role also involves quality control of incoming goods, picking goods for delivery, packing for shipment, and booking transport.
Background and Skills
Since the work is varied and partly carried out under your own responsibility, you must be able to drive your work independently. At times, the work can be perceived as stressful due to the need for quick actions while maintaining a service-oriented approach. Therefore, you must be positive, service-minded, and social, while also having the ability to work quickly and accurately. A strong sense of order and quality awareness are essential for success in this role. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, as we see them as a key part of our success.
Who are you?
We believe that you:
Have a secondary education, preferably with a focus on vehicles, and/or several years of experience in similar work, preferably within the automotive industry. You have experience in warehouse work and forklift operation (A+B license, counterbalance), hold a car driver's license (Category B), and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are responsible, detail-oriented, solution-focused, and self-motivated. You have a positive attitude and contribute to a good team atmosphere. You have good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Additional benefits if you have experience with Monitor or ADR training.
It is important that you are willing to take on the responsibility expected of every employee, which means that you:
- Share and support the company's values.
- Follow the company's policies and rules of conduct.
- Work according to established routines, standards, and instructions.
- Take full responsibility for your actions.
- Act and react to deviations.
What We Offer
