About the role

As a Production/Lager Associate, you will have a varied role and be part of a team of 12 people. You play a key function in ensuring that the flow of goods runs as efficiently and smoothly as possible, together with the team.

A large part of your daily work is carried out independently, which requires you to be structured, meticulous, quality-conscious, and committed to a safe working environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Cutting work on the company's saws and cutting machines, according to orders/cutting schedules.
• Preparing and retrieving materials for cutting.
• Measuring and inspecting materials.
• Packing and labeling finished materials for delivery.
• General warehouse tasks such as picking, replenishment, inbound/outbound deliveries, and forklift operation.
• Documentation related to orders, delivery notes, labels, and/or production documents.

We work according to 5S principles to create order, safety, and efficiency in our work.

Experience and Competence

We prefer that you have a high school education with a focus on industry/technology or logistics/warehouse, or equivalent work experience.

• Previous experience working in production, warehouse, or industry.
• Good proficiency in handling counterbalance forklifts and reach trucks.

Formal Requirements

• Experience working with saws/cutting machines or other cutting/machining equipment.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Forklift license A and B.
• Category B driver's license.
• Experience working in business systems/WMS and booking freight is considered a merit.

Personal Qualities

You are someone who thrives in high-tempo periods, is cooperative but can also work independently and perform your tasks meticulously.

The work is physically demanding, requiring you to be physically strong and enjoy being active.

What We Offer

A full-time position (100%) in our warehouse operations in Kungsbacka. The employment begins with a 6-month probationary period. Working hours are currently Monday–Friday 07:00–16:00.

Terms of employment apply according to the current collective agreement for Warehousing and E-commerce, between Swedish Retail (Svensk Handel) and the Union for Shop, Office and Tourism Employees (Handelsanställdas förbund).

Start date is as soon as possible, by agreement.
