Is driving a forklift and stacking pallets your thing? Or could it become your thing? Do you want to contribute to keeping our stores well-stocked with fantastic products? In #teamlidl, we help each other succeed. And we grow together. We are now looking for engaged warehouse staff who want to rock 30 hours a week with us!
Our warehouses never stand still! As a warehouse employee, you ensure that our stores receive the right products when they need them. If you love being productive and making every second count, you will love life at Lidl.
The role includes tasks such as:
- Picking store-ordered goods such as meat, fruit & vegetables, chilled and frozen products.
- Ensuring your deliveries are perfectly stacked and secure.
- Labeling pallets for dispatch.
- Reporting any damaged goods.
- Assisting with the team's other tasks, e.g., cleaning equipment.
We are looking for you who are flexible, have a good numerical sense, and learn quickly. You have a good ability to focus on details, even when working fast. Working independently is a given, and you take pride in always doing a good job and finishing what you start.
- You are willing to work in all different types of warehouse areas, i.e., also in chilled and frozen temperatures.
- You have basic proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- If you have a forklift license, minimum category A, this is highly meritorious.
You will work in an environment characterized by our core values: performance, respect, trust, down-to-earth attitude, and community. Because we are growing, you can grow. Fast. Within your role, or towards another. In the same location, or somewhere else. In-store, warehouse, or office. Locally, nationally, or globally. We support you on your journey towards more responsibility and new challenges. You become part of a large team where everyone rolls up their sleeves and helps out. You receive everything from wellness benefits, parental allowance supplements, and employee discounts in our stores to free counseling from a psychologist, lawyer, and economist, as well as numerous offers via our benefits portal. Of course, you are also covered by collective agreements and a pension plan.
