The company has an annual turnover of approximately 42 million SEK and employs around 23 people who work together to create sustainable solutions for customers in both the private and public sectors.

What Does the Role Offer?

As a Transport Manager, you will have a central function in the operations and be responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on the company's daily transport activities.

The role is about creating structure in a business where much happens simultaneously. You have daily contact with customers, drivers, and colleagues, ensuring that the right resources are in the right place at the right time.

You work closely with the company's financial controller and are given great freedom to plan and structure your work. Initiative and ideas on how working methods, routines, and flows can be developed are highly valued here.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Plan and coordinate daily transport operations
• Be the contact person for customers, drivers, and partners
• Receive and register orders and manage the order flow
• Ensure that transports are carried out efficiently and according to plan
• Handle rescheduling and solve logistical challenges that arise during the day
• Answer customer inquiries and provide service regarding the company's services
• Handle administration related to transports and assignments
• Work with simple economic administration and follow-up
• Handle issues related to sludge management and the REVAQ certification
• Contribute to the development of routines, processes, and working methods

The company currently has about ten vehicles in operation, which means you will have a close relationship with both drivers and customers and a good overview of the operations.

Who Are You?

We are looking for you who enjoy juggling multiple tasks at once and are motivated by solving problems and making things work.

You have the ability to create structure even when the pace is high and enjoy taking responsibility for the whole picture. Perhaps you have previously worked with transport planning, customer service, administration, logistics, or coordination in some form.

However, what is most important to us is not exactly which industry you come from, but that you have the right attitude, drive, and ability to take initiative.

We believe you have:

• Experience from a coordinating, administrative, or logistical role
• Good computer skills and the ability to handle multiple systems simultaneously
• Experience in customer contact and service
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and make decisions in daily life
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written
