We are now looking for driven warehouse employees for Derome Bygg & Industri. Derome is a company that offers a comprehensive range of services extending from forest processing and production of wood, construction, and industrial products to machinery rental and construction logistics.

In the role of warehouse employee at Derome, your primary responsibility is to pick and assemble orders for deliveries to our customers. The work is varied and physically demanding, and takes place mostly outdoors in our warehouse operations. You handle various types of materials and ensure that the right products are delivered on time and with high quality.

The work involves significant personal responsibility where you often work independently and plan your tasks, while simultaneously being an important part of a tight-knit team where collaboration and communication are crucial for achieving common goals. Forklift operation is a central part of the daily work, which demands precision, safety awareness, and efficiency. Together, you and your colleagues contribute to a well-functioning warehouse and a high level of service for Derome's customers.

Working hours are varied, and you work extra when needed. Day shift hours are 05:00–14:00, while evening shifts are between 13:45–23:45. The planned start for the position is immediate. You are employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant at Derome.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for you who are driven and take responsibility for your work. You can work independently but also thrive in a team environment. As a person, you are flexible and can step in to work with short notice. You need to be available for work 2–3 days/week to be considered for the position. The job places high demands on safety awareness and a meticulous work approach.

Requirements

• Forklift license B1–B2 and good forklift experience
• Another main occupation of at least 50%
• Driver's license and access to a car
• Swedish language skills (spoken and written)

It is an advantage if you have worked with similar tasks or have experience with construction materials.
