About the role

As a Warehouse Associate, you are an important part of the store's daily operations. You work closely with both customers and colleagues, ensuring that goods are handled, delivered, and presented in an efficient and service-oriented manner. With a focus on structure, collaboration, and customer service, you contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse and ensure every customer has a positive experience.

Your responsibilities

  • Handle product pickup for customers with high service and care
  • Receive goods, maintain order in warehouse areas, and ensure warehouse structure
  • Home delivery to our customers
  • Picking for e-commerce orders
  • Work with warehouse management and inventory according to guidelines and system support
  • Assemble and place products in the store in consultation with the sales team
  • Report transport damage and claims according to procedures
  • Contribute to a positive work climate while following safety routines and working ergonomically with the correct protective equipment.
  • Depending on needs, tasks may also include cash handling and restocking products in the store.

  • Has good physical fitness and thrives in an active work environment
  • Is service-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused
  • Contributes positive energy and team spirit
  • Has experience in warehouse work in a customer-facing environment (meritorious but not required)

The position

Start date according to agreement.

Working hours include evenings and weekends.
