Do you want to work as an operator with a forklift license and become part of an engaged team in Halmstad? Lernia is now recruiting operators for our client for short and long-term assignments. About the role

As an operator, you work with machines and production equipment, ensuring that tasks are performed safely and according to given instructions. The workplace may be in an industrial environment with varying pace and tasks. You will be part of a production team and collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain high quality.

• Tasks may include, but are not limited to:
• Control and monitoring of production machines
• Picking and packing, assembly, or machine monitoring depending on the assignment
• Material handling with a forklift (requirement: valid forklift license)
• Quality control and documentation
• Cleaning and basic maintenance of machines
• Following safety routines and using personal protective equipment

Working hours and scope vary depending on the assignment. Opportunities for extension and transition to permanent employment may occur depending on business needs and your performance.

About you

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, hardworking, and thrives in a practical role. You are comfortable working in a team but can also work independently. A service-oriented attitude and the ability to maintain stable quality in your tasks are important.

Formal qualifications

• Valid forklift license (A/B or equivalent depending on assignment)
• Experience in production or warehouse work is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits

• Previous experience in machine or line work
• Experience with quality control and documentation
• Category B driver's license
• Experience with warehouse management systems or ERP
