Motor Trend AB is a family-owned company founded in Mariestad in 1984 and has been an authorized Toyota dealer since its inception. Today, we are represented in ten locations across West Sweden, offering authorized full-service facilities including car sales, service workshops, and spare parts sales in Mariestad, Skara, Lidköping, Karlstad, Arvika, Skene, Kungsbacka, Varberg, Falkenberg, and Halmstad. Motor Trend is part of the Svenska Motor group and is one of nine authorized Lexus dealers in Sweden. Our exclusive Lexus facility is established in Karlstad, and our certified Lexus workshops are located in Karlstad, Mariestad, and Halmstad.
Do you want to work with some of the world's largest car brands in a company characterized by engagement, security, and development? We are on an exciting growth journey and are now looking for a Corporate Sales Manager for our facility in Karlstad.
Responsibilities
This is a new role where you will work proactively with B2B sales, be active in local networks, create new business opportunities, and increase local brand visibility. You will manage and drive the entire business process, from prospecting new customers and processing existing ones, to customer meetings, quotation and contract work, as well as delivery and follow-up. The role offers significant freedom under responsibility, allowing you to shape and develop the position over time. You will be part of both the local sales team and Motor Trend's corporate sales team. Together with corporate sales managers from our other facilities, you will contribute to knowledge sharing, coordination, and development of our corporate business while working towards both common and individually set goals.
Profile
We are looking for you who are a business-minded and structured relationship builder with a strong ability to build trust and long-term collaborations. We see that you are driven and goal-oriented, and understand the importance of working proactively.
We primarily focus on your personal qualities and previous sales experience, preferably from proactive sales activities. Having previously worked as a Key Account Manager or similar is viewed positively, but above all, it is your familiarity and ability to meet the customer and understand their needs that we value. Product training for Toyota's wide model range is provided on-site.
To succeed in this role, good knowledge of Swedish and English, as well as good computer skills and a B driver's license, are required. A company car is included.
Working hours are weekdays 8:00–17:00, but evening and weekend work may occur during events.
The position is full-time and permanent. The location is Karlstad.
