Welcome to Vadstena Health Center and Marieberg Health Center, which have formed a joint operational area since April 2025. This change aims to create a robust operation that is well-equipped to handle the demographic challenges we face. Together, the operations currently have approximately 16,000 registered patients and a staff of around 65 employees. This advertisement is directed towards Vadstena Health Center, but the work may also be located within the joint organization.

Job Description

We offer you a challenging and varied position at our doctor's office. We hope you will become interested in the breadth of the specialist field of general medicine and see a future for yourself within primary care. As a resident physician (underläkare) with us, you will receive regular supervision and the opportunity to participate in training together with other resident physicians. Together, we will design an introduction tailored to your needs.

About You

We are looking for you who have a medical degree or Swedish medical license (license must be attached to the application). Furthermore, you are expected to have Swedish language skills corresponding to level Swedish C1. Since you work in constant dialogue with patients, relatives, colleagues, and other operations, it is a requirement that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

As a person, you are self-assured and have good collaboration skills. You have good judgment and communicate clearly. It is also important that you are unpretentious, eager to learn new things, and see constructive feedback as a natural part of daily work. You should be able to plan, organize, and prioritize your work. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

The position is a fixed-term contract for 6 months, with a possibility of extension. We conduct ongoing selection, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
