The Habilitation Centre is a county-wide clinic with operations in Linköping, Norrköping, and Motala. We have approximately 120 employees.

We are a specialized facility offering habilitation services to children, adolescents, and adults, as well as their relatives and networks. Within the Habilitation Centre, we work in a team-based manner within multiprofessional teams, organized by age and disability. Our target groups are primarily individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and mobility impairments. The habilitation services provide a qualitative complement to other healthcare initiatives and general societal support.
In Linköping, there are several teams serving children or adults, where interventions consist of assessment, evaluation, treatment, as well as advice and support.
Job Description
We are looking for a registered physiotherapist for one of the pediatric teams in Linköping, focusing on children with intellectual disabilities (ID). Here, you will be part of a multiprofessional team and conduct both joint team visits and individual appointments. You will meet children and their families and networks in various settings. Your primary focus will be on children aged 0–16 with ID and other comorbidities. As a physiotherapist, you will focus on motor assessments based on mobility and activity. You will provide counseling on preventive health work, counteract sedentary lifestyles, and work preventively against obesity. You will also participate in orthopedic assessments. You will conduct both individual assessments and joint visits with other professional disciplines. In collaboration with other team members, you will provide information, supervision, and education to people in the child's immediate environment.
About You
You are a registered physiotherapist. Professional experience as a physiotherapist is advantageous. Experience working with children and adolescents with disabilities and experience with teamwork are advantageous.
You have a natural ability to communicate and build good collaborations with various professions. You are flexible, see opportunities in change, and have a positive attitude. Your work style is characterized by high quality, as well as the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. Personal suitability is highly valued.
