Working hours: 4-shift system

About the Operator role

As an Operator at Manpower, working on-site with our client in Sandviken, you will become an important part of daily production. You will work to ensure that production runs according to set goals and quality requirements, while contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.

You will work both independently and in teams, handling both machinery and material flows in production.

Examples of tasks:

• Work in daily production according to set goals and quality requirements
• Handle and monitor production equipment and robots
• Drive forklifts and manage material flows as needed
• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have a technical interest and thrive in a production environment where precision and structure are crucial. You are solution-oriented, quality-conscious, and quick to adapt to new tasks.

Requirements for the position:

• Industrial experience or production technology education, for example within CNC, robotics, or automation
• Forklift license A1-A2 and B1
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
