The Surgical and Urological Department is a dynamic and operational ward where we care for both acute and planned surgical patients. Here, we work in a team-based manner through close and effective collaboration between nurses, doctors, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, social workers, and discharge coordinators. Together, we create safe, efficient, and person-centered care.

The Surgical Clinic is a large and development-oriented operation with many opportunities. We are currently in an exciting phase where the department is planned to be divided into two units with shared spaces – offering new ways of working, development opportunities, and a chance to influence the future of care.

Your Responsibilities

As a nurse with us, you will:

• Monitor, treat, and investigate patients.
• Plan and coordinate care and, as much as possible, complete treatment for patients within our unit.

You will enjoy a varied and educational daily routine where pace, responsibility, and development go hand in hand.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse.
• Has experience in surgery (meritorious, but not a requirement).
• Thrives on variety, appreciates a fast pace, and likes things to happen.
• Is flexible, curious, and wants to continue developing in your professional role.
• Has good collaboration skills and enjoys working in a team.
