Maskinia AB is a comprehensive machinery partner and general agent in Sweden for Develon, Case, and Bergmann.

The company has its headquarters in Linköping and also has locations in Järfälla/Stockholm, Gothenburg, Munkedal, Jönköping, Trelleborg, Staffanstorp, and Sundsvall.

The business covers the sale of new and used construction machinery, rental, service and repair, as well as spare parts sales.

Maskinia was founded in 1984, has approximately 105 employees, and generates a turnover of around 600 MSEK.

About the Position

As a spare parts salesperson with us, you will become an important part of our team in Linköping.

You will work closely with customers, service technicians, the workshop, and the sales organization to ensure that the right spare parts are in the right place at the right time.

The work is varied and combines customer service, sales, administration, and warehouse management.

You will have daily contact with both internal and external customers via the shop, phone, and email.

Examples of Tasks

• Selling spare parts and accessories to customers
• Customer service in the shop, via phone, and email
• Supplying the workshop, service technicians, and sales organization with spare parts
• Ordering spare parts and accessories from our suppliers
• Goods receiving and warehouse management
• Invoicing and administrative tasks
• Inventories and database maintenance in business systems
• Ensuring order and tidiness in the warehouse and spare parts shop
• Participating in the development of working methods and internal processes
• Working with campaigns and marketing of spare parts
• Telesales and follow-up of customer inquiries

Who are you?

Previous experience with spare parts, warehouses, customer service, or sales is an advantage, but we place great emphasis on your personal qualities and your willingness to learn.

• Are structured and like order and tidiness
• Are a team player who is happy to help colleagues when needed
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)

A forklift license is an advantage but not a requirement.
