Your Role

We are now looking for an Andon who wants to contribute to a more efficient and smooth production by coordinating and resolving production disruptions. In this role, you will become a key person who creates structure, finds solutions, and collaborates with various departments.

As an Andon, you are an important part of the team and act as a bridge between production and other functions. You help identify and handle production deviations and drive improvement work to create an even better working environment and process.

You will:

• Coordinate and follow up on deviations and contribute to long-term solutions
• Participate in improvement projects and root cause analyses
• Collaborate with production, technicians, management, and other functions to optimize workflows and processes
• Work with routines and instructions to simplify and improve our daily work

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys solving problems. You are curious, detail-oriented, and like to collaborate with others. You do not need to have an industrial background – the most important thing is that you have an interest in production and development.

We would like you to have:

• Ability to work systematically and drive cases forward
• Ability to quickly reprioritize to solve new problem areas
• Experience in coordinating or leading projects, large and small
• Interest in developing processes and improving work methods

Meritorious:

• Experience in systematic problem solving
• Basic knowledge of reading drawings and business systems
• Good knowledge of the Office suite

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
