Your Responsibilities

As a Production Manager at Hardford, you play a key role in daily operations. You are responsible for a team of approximately 25 production employees and lead the work with an engaging, present, and clear leadership style. Your focus is on creating a secure, motivating, and well-structured work environment where both people and production can develop.

The operations are characterized by high tempo, production flows, and logistics-intensive processes. This means that staffing planning, prioritization, and quick decision-making are a natural part of your daily routine. At the same time, you actively work on creating structure and continuous improvements. You work closely with production and ensure that the operations deliver with high quality, efficiency, and safety.

Mainly, you will:

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees in their daily work.
• Be responsible for staffing planning and maintain ongoing contact with staffing agencies to ensure the right competence and workforce based on operational needs.
• Handle personnel matters and be responsible for the introduction and onboarding of new employees.
• Participate in daily production meetings and actively contribute to follow-up, structure, and continuous improvements.
• Work with reporting, scheduling, and administration in business and production systems.

You will become part of an operational management group where collaboration, daily control, and proximity to production are central. Here, you will have an important role in creating security, structure, and momentum in an operation where planning and flexibility go hand in hand.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have experience in production management or team leading in an operational environment. Experience from the food industry, retail, or other production and logistics-intensive environments is an advantage.

As a leader, you are secure, clear, and unpretentious. You create engagement through a present leadership style and are accustomed to making decisions even when the tempo is high and conditions change. You thrive in an operational role where you switch between solving today's challenges and working long-term with development and improvements.

To succeed in the role, we also see that you have:

• A good understanding of production flows and logistics processes.
• Experience in staffing planning and scheduling.
• Good system proficiency and experience with Excel and business or production systems.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
