About the Role

As a healthcare assistant with us, you will play a key role in the daily operations of the health centre. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Reception work, including patient reception and administration.
• Phlebotomy and other standard healthcare assistant duties within primary care.
• Assisting nurses and doctors as needed.
• Ensuring good patient interaction and efficient patient flow.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified healthcare assistant.
• Has experience working in a health centre or other primary care facility.
• Has documented experience in reception work and phlebotomy.
• Is proficient with computers and has experience with electronic health record systems in primary care.
