We are now looking for an engaged Order Administrator who wants to have a central role in a company with a strong presence in construction and industrial solutions. About the role

In the role of Order Administrator, you have overall responsibility for the order flow – from registration to delivery and follow-up. You will work closely with customers and internal functions and contribute to ensuring an efficient and high-quality way of working.

Main responsibilities
  • Register, administer and follow up on customer orders
  • Ensure that order and customer data is correct
  • Continuous customer contact as well as internal contact
  • Handle order changes, backorders, complaints and returns
  • Prepare and handle invoice documentation
  • Ensure that documentation, archiving and information flow are correct
  • Responsible for planning, coordinating and following up on inbound and outbound deliveries
  • Lead and distribute the daily work within the team
  • Be an operational contact person for employees
  • Responsible for inventories and inventory-related tasks

Requirements
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
  • Good English in speech and writing
  • Good experience with the Office package
  • Self-sufficient to plan and prioritize tasks
  • Make own decisions within authority
  • Ability to collaborate with different departments and actors
