At Hotel Skeppsholmen, the reception is a vibrant department where we create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for our guests. We are therefore looking for you who can deliver natural, top-tier service in a humble and relaxed manner, as you will be the first and last person the guest meets during their stay.

Our guests are often well-informed and trend-conscious, so you need to be someone interested in staying updated on the latest happenings in Stockholm, from newly opened restaurants and bars to shops and museums.

Your main responsibilities will include guest services, check-in, and check-out. You may also be responsible for welcoming our conference guests or providing concierge services. We look for candidates with experience working in a hotel reception. Experience with the OPERA Cloud PMS system is an advantage, as is post-secondary education in hospitality and tourism.

The position is full-time, involving a mix of day and evening shifts, as well as working every other weekend. The start date is as soon as possible.
