My name is Monica and I am 32 years old. I live in my own apartment in Svedmyra where I have 24/7 assistance. As a person, I am a happy, lively, and active woman who loves spending time with friends and family and doing fun activities in my spare time. I have a great passion for food, love music and film, and have a special love for Astrid Lindgren's films.

About you

I am looking for you who are caring, patient, and possess a sensitivity to understand that you are assisting me in my life. You should be a woman with good physical fitness as some lifting is involved. You have a sense of humor, are meticulous, calm, and confident in yourself. I need an assistant who is responsive and attentive to what I need. An interest in cooking is a plus as I love food, but otherwise, all daily chores such as cleaning, laundry, shopping, and my close personal needs are included.

Requirements

You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

On-call duties

This position includes an extended (and compensated) on-call assignment. This means that during certain weeks, you must be reachable outside of working hours to arrange for a substitute or step in yourself if intervention is required. This is Assistans i Balans' way of ensuring that our clients always have a familiar assistant by their side. The on-call duty is shared among all assistants who work according to a regular schedule.

The position

The position involves varied working hours, including days, evenings, and weekends. You will start as a hourly employee during the summer, covering available shifts. After the summer, there is an opportunity for a parental leave replacement position.

To be employed, you must present a valid ID, a certificate of no criminal record (utdrag ur polisregistret), and any documents proving the right to work in Sweden.

Introduction can start immediately or as agreed.
