My name is Monica and I am 32 years old. I live in my own apartment in Svedmyra where I have 24/7 assistance. As a person, I am a cheerful, lively, and active woman who loves spending time with friends and family and doing fun activities in my spare time. I have a great passion for food, and I also love music and film. I have a special love for Astrid Lindgren's films.

About you:

I am looking for someone who is caring, patient, and possesses a sensitivity to understand that you are assisting me in my life. You should be a woman with good physical fitness as the role involves some lifting. You have a sense of humor, are meticulous, calm, and confident in yourself. I need an assistant who is perceptive and attentive to my needs. An interest in cooking is a plus as I love food, but otherwise, all daily chores such as cleaning, laundry, shopping, and my personal needs are included.

Requirements: You must be fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing.

Staffing:

This position includes an extended (and compensated) staffing assignment. This means that during certain weeks, you must be reachable outside of working hours to either recruit a substitute or step in yourself if intervention is required. This is Assistans i Balans's way of ensuring that our clients always have a familiar assistant by their side. The assignment is shared among all assistants working on a regular schedule.

The Position:

The position involves varied working hours, including days, evenings, and weekends. You will start as an hourly employee with the possibility of permanent shifts in the future. To be employed, you must present a valid ID, a certificate of good conduct (police record), and any documents proving your right to work in Sweden.
