About the position

The City of Solna is seeking a contact person for a 54-year-old woman who needs support to break social isolation and have a more active and meaningful leisure time.

The assignment involves creating opportunities for community, social contacts, and activities outside the home. The wish is to go to the cinema, have coffee, and go shopping together with the contact person. There is a strong interest in sports, especially hockey and football, as well as an interest in attending matches and other events.

Activities may include, for example:

• Attending hockey or football matches
• Going to concerts
• Going to the cinema
• Having coffee or taking a walk
• Shopping or making simple excursions

Scope

The assignment covers 6 hours per month.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is social, sensitive, and engaged
• Enjoys spending time with other people
• Has an interest in sports or cultural activities
• Is reliable and responsible
• Has knowledge of or experience working with individuals with NPF (Neurodevelopmental Disorders)
