About the position

Personal assistance is a support measure under the LSS Act (Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, your main task will be to help the customer with everyday situations and basic needs. Your work involves protecting the customer's self-determination and privacy, and contributing to a smooth daily routine. Each assistance assignment is uniquely adapted to the customer's life, so tasks may vary depending on the workplace. Our customer is a five-year-old boy living in Liljeholmen.

Who are you?

The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is sensitive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you and the customer.

Requirements for the position:

• Previous experience working with children
• Good knowledge of Portuguese
• Good knowledge of Swedish

Merits for the position:

• Experience with PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy)

Personal suitability will be given great weight.

Working hours, employment degree, and salary

The current form of employment is "for as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with an employment degree of approximately 41%. Working hours are scheduled during the day and evening.

Working times:

16:00–20:00 on weekdays (approx. 4 shifts)

11:00–15:00 every other weekend.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, and other compensations are paid according to the collective agreement.

Start date: June 16, 2026.
