Särnmark Assistance is now recruiting personal assistants for several clients around Stockholm. We have positions available for full-time, part-time, and hourly employment.

About the job

As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability and provide the support needed for the client to live an independent life on their own terms.

The work is always based on the client's individual needs and wishes. Duties may include, among other things:

• personal care and hygiene
• transfers and mobility assistance
• cooking and household chores
• exercise and activities
• social support and accompaniment

No two clients are alike, making the work both varied and developmental.

You are responsible, sensitive, and have a genuine interest in people. You collaborate well, are self-assured, and can adapt to different situations.

Experience in personal assistance is an advantage, but we place great emphasis on personal suitability.

At Särnmark, you will receive an introduction at the client's home and training in the role of a personal assistant.

About the employment

We offer full-time, part-time, and hourly positions. Working hours vary depending on the client and may be scheduled during the day, evening, night, and weekends.

Salary and other terms of employment according to the Collective Agreement for Personal Assistance (Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal).
