About the Sales Coordinator Position
As a Sales Coordinator, you will have a role where you act as a vital link between customers, salespeople, suppliers, warehouse, and our digital presence. You will become a key person in daily operations, contributing to ensuring correct deliveries, high service levels, and good communication.
The role is varied and includes order processing, customer support, quotation work, delivery monitoring, as well as administrative tasks related to purchasing, sales, and marketing. You are responsible for handling and following up on customer orders from order to delivery, providing support regarding customer questions/products, and continuously updating our digital communication/websites.
You will work closely with colleagues at the office in Landvetter, other units within the group, as well as suppliers and partners.
Your main responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, providing advice on products and solutions.
- Process customer orders, follow up on deliveries, and coordinate dialogue between customers, suppliers, warehouse, and sales organization to ensure our deliveries.
- Continuously update business systems/CRM systems with customer, delivery, and article information, as well as the website and other digital media with ongoing market communication.
- Contribute to sales and customer development by identifying customer needs and creating added value in every customer contact.
About You
We are looking for you who have relevant education and a few years of experience from a role within inside sales, customer service, order administration, marketing, or similar, where you have worked closely with customers and administrative processes. You are used to providing high service, handling multiple cases in parallel, and working structured in a business-close environment. We believe you have a background from industry, technology, or trade with technical products, or alternatively experience working with customers in similar industries. You also have very good system proficiency, good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing, and a valid driver's license (Category B).
As a person, you are structured, responsible, and efficient with high digital system competence. You have a solution-oriented approach, take initiative, and are motivated by providing the best possible service to both customers and colleagues. Furthermore, you are communicative and appreciate a role with many contact surfaces.
Important for the role:
- Previous experience in inside sales or another customer-facing role, for example within order administration, customer service, technical support, or marketing.
- Experience from manufacturing industry, or alternatively a genuine interest in technology and understanding of technical products.
- Good system proficiency and good knowledge of Office products, business systems, and digital media.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.
- A structured, service-oriented, and solution-oriented working method.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
The position is located in Landvetter and is full-time. Start date according to agreement.
