You have previous professional experience in operations and maintenance work within property management, with a focus on electricity, cooling, or control and regulation. You have good troubleshooting skills for technical installations and the ability to perform repairs. You also have experience working with either backup power installations or low-voltage installations such as control systems. You have good administrative skills, are proficient in using support systems, and have good command of Swedish in both speech and writing. A Class B driver's license is required.
Desirable qualifications
Experience in troubleshooting building technical installations and understanding how these installations interact for optimal and energy-efficient operation is desirable. Additionally, knowledge in cooling, a BE driver's license, training for hot work and scaffold lift operation, or other property-related education is also considered an advantage. Experience working in protected facilities or within the defense sector is also a plus.
Personal qualities
We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. As a person, you are responsible and driven, with a high level of safety awareness. You are drawn to working in a service role that requires good teamwork skills. You should be able to work both independently and in a team. The work requires a high degree of business-like conduct and prioritization skills; therefore, you are stress-resistant and able to prioritize and make decisions within tight timeframes.
