Where life happens, traces are left, and some of them must be erased before the next tenant takes over. Therefore, we need to conduct an inspection every time someone changes residence to ensure that the next tenant receives a home in good condition.

A LITTLE ABOUT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As an inspector, you are part of the Property Management and Administration Department, which is responsible for managing the entire group's properties.

You and two colleagues are responsible for ensuring that move-in/move-out inspections are carried out professionally. Through dialogue with the tenant, you ensure that the apartment is left in the expected condition. In addition to move-out inspections, there may be inspection assignments in commercial premises and other types of inspections related to our properties.

You have a high school education, likely with a focus on building technology. We would appreciate it if you have experience from the property or construction industry. It is an advantage if you have worked as an inspector previously, have education in rental law, and experience in project management.

The work requires good administrative skills, good ability to communicate orally and in writing in both Swedish and English, and very good computer skills. You must have a valid driver's license (Category B).
