About the Role

As a Property Caretaker (Facility Technician) with us, you are responsible for the ongoing maintenance and care of our properties. You play a key role in ensuring that our facilities operate optimally and that our guests and tenants feel safe and satisfied.

Your Responsibilities

• Daily supervision and rounds of properties
• Troubleshooting and minor repairs of technical systems and installations
• Maintenance of indoor and outdoor environments
• Coordination with external suppliers and contractors
• Handling fault reports and service requests
• Participation in minor renovations and improvement projects

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in property maintenance, operations, or technical work
• Is hands-on and solution-oriented
• Has a strong service mindset and enjoys working independently
• Hold a valid Category B driver's license
• Has basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, or construction (meritorious but not a requirement)
